The complex is okay for low-income families. Don't get it twisted, I'm not downing anybody bcuz I'm low-income my self. The landlord is very rude and unorganized, she let's other tenates help her with the rent books. She's never at work and when you ask her for her supervisors number, she looks at you real mean and then the next thing you know she's all n your back trying to evict you. She has her picks and by this I mean she has her favorites. If you kiss her butt and are willing to wait on her hand and foot...then she's cool but, if you're concerned about the apartments well being and start wondering why the soda machine is steady getting kicked over and why she ain't never at work or why the laundry machines are always taking people money than, you have a problem. I've witnessed her watch a man selling dope to a lady who lives out there and just bcuz the lady worked in the laundry room, the land lady did not say anything to her. The maintenance man is some old guy that barely likes to fix anything. He's always in peoples business and like to run back and tell the land lord all these lies.
