I moved into the Antonian in May (2006) and I haven't had any problems at all. The only thing that could have become a problem was when my air conditioner stopped cooling but I placed a call to maintenance and the guy was out in about an hour and a half. And this was after hours!

I am very pleased with the way they keep up with the grounds.

The staff is really really nice! And they have yummy cookies in the office. LOL

I guess if I had any complaints about the property it would be that there are some jerks who love to haul butt through the complex with their music blaring. At 3:00 in the morning. But this IS San Antonio, you can't expect anything different.

So, if you are looking to move to the Balcones Heights area, I highly recommend The Antonian.

Kandy in the leasing office is a blooming idiot! I went in to ask about getting my ac fixed and she was absolutely obnoxious ...she wouldn't listen to me or answer my questions and I was walking out the door she yelled "rude -----!" at me. And she wonders why I walked back in and cussed her up one side and down the other. I still think that the complex is fine ...except the ants. God there are so many ants! But overall is a decent place to live and I would recommend it. They just need to train Kandy on how to be more pleasant.
