I have recently had more and more problems with my apartment. Because the ground continually shifts, occasionally the front door will stick and will no longer open or lock. I have also had problems with interior doors which will no longer latch. I often have to call maintenance to fix these. Also, the water mains break every couple of months, making it necessary for the complex to shut off the water for an entire day. The dishwasher has never worked properly, nor has the garbage disposer. The owners of the property have proven themselves inflexible and completely unwilling to work with residents on any issues--poor service by owners, though the property management team seems to be helpful.
