It use to be a nice place until after Katrina.
There's a crowd of people who hang outside the gates (sometimes in) or behind this labor force building drinking, doing drugs, peeing, or whatever at all times of the day. It feels like an incident waiting to happen.

This person I know who moved said she hasn't recieved her deposits or even parts of it back at all. New management doesn't seem to care.
