Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have lived here two years. It was a really nice complex when I moved in. Now it needs some exterior paint and some boards replaced.
Sometimes it takes many trips by maintenance to repair a fairly straightforward problem.
Still, it's the nicest apartment I've ever lived in.
