the apartment stays cool till the sun hits it in afternoon then its whatever temperature as the outside. The carpet was stained when we moved in. Exterior needs work and none has been done. When we first moved in the fence was missing, they fixed the fence but was blown over in recent storms and the fence just laying there. also the pool problem just plain sucks. Seems like they had a bunch of people quit or fired wif new maintence and manager now.
