Well I had lived here a year ago and had NO problems at all so when my boyfriend and I moved in together I suggested we move here. The first apartment we lived in flooded, we found an entire wall covered in mold and when the rain water started coming through the ground and into half our bedroom, the staff decided they would move us.(We moved ourselves but got to go to another apartment) So we moved into a bigger apartment for pretty cheap and all was good. Well, 2 days ago I came home to a half eaten kitchen floor. We found out we have rats living in the floorboards of our home!! DISGUSTING!!! Our apartment smells like rat piss and there is no telling what they have peed on or crawled on...I am glad our lease is up because we are getting out of here!! They put down traps and I am not looking forward to having to clean up dead rats from sticky traps!
And for the record, having to have Grande as a cable company sux!
