Well there has been a string of break-ins at the complex recently. One truck was stolen...twice, as far as I know 5 cars have been broken into in the last 5 weeks, including mine. There have been some shady people moving in and hundreds of them at the pool on the weekends, trashing the pool, throwing chairs in the water, leaving their ciggarette butts and empty beer cans everywhere. It has turned into a ghetto sleasy place to live and it makes me very angry. I know legally the apartments cannot turn someone down just because of the way they look but maybe they need to be a little more strict on the application process. Most of the new recent move ins look like they just got out of jail or are hiding their illegal immigrant families here. I am not usually a judgemental person but when the apartments that I live in are being taken over by trash and turning the swimming pool into a grren body of bleach smelling water, I am not happy. There are laws out there that state you may only have 2 people to a bedroom. This does not mean you and your 50 family members can cruise up here and stay in your 2 bedroom apartment!! I'm sick of it here! I lived here years ago and had NO problems, I loved it but moved back in with my mom to finish school, so when it was time for me to move out again, I came right back to Arbor Hill. HUGE MISTAKE. it sucks royally here!!!! UGH
