I have lived here going on three years and I have had two major problems. First apartment I lived in the water heater busted I had water all over the place. I feel it was due to maintence not getting to it on time they were informed about the water heater. I now live in a different apartment the roof leaks in the storage room the cieling was fixed when I first moved in it had caved in due to the roof leaking but the main priblem the roof has not been repaired its been more than a year. I have informed the office serveral times all they would say is the roofers are working at another complex I gave up asking about the roofers. I have insurance so I'm covered I also informed my insurance agent of the problem. Overall it's ok. I don't expect to go else where and not have any problems. Of course it's due to management and maybe not having enough staff I've seen faces come and go.
