I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and this place has turned to crap. Maintenance is good, but the standards have fallen drastically as far as rentors go. The criteria has lowered to the point of creating a new southside on the northside. I am welcomed home by "bangers" and rancheras in the parking lot, trash on the sidewalks, and a plethora of beer bottles littering the common areas. I don't pay the rent I do to worry about the safety of my family when I am at work... And seriously, how many people can we cram into one unit before laws are being broke??? C'mon, Arbor, hold yourself to a higher standard, if you really give a crap what these ratings say...

I too have seen a decline here. Cars being vandalized, packages being stolen within minutes of being delivered, trash everywhere and yes "bangers" hanging around the parking lot at all hours of the night. We will definitely be moving if they don't start "screening" people before letting them live here.
