Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
This place is going down hill fast. In the past year, I have seen some major changes (i.e., letting ANYONE move in, up to 10 people living in the same apartment, "bangers" hanging around outside at all hours of the night, renting apartments to large dog owners on the second floor apartments, rent checks being stolen from front office, pool closed for several weeks during the hottest summer on record, roof leaking for 2 years, cars being broken into and vandalized, ups dropping off packages and being stolen within a half hour of delivery and the list goes on and on). If you have any sense don't move here! It's not worth it and you could probably find a safer place to live for the same amount of money.
