I've lived here for 5 years and I can honestly say that this community has always been kept clean and the neighbors are friendly. We've had a great turn around with office staff. They are very hands on and they are constantly outside talking to residents, walking the grounds, etc. The buildings could use a paint job and the kids could use a playground but other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
