Well when I first moved in (managed by Deborah and Bethany)I was so excited. Both were so extremely helpful and always had smiles on their faces. They both were attentive and concerned about the residents safety. I should have known when Deborah left, then Bethany shortly after that, there was something wrong. I like the new manager, but haven't had the chance to get to know her as a resident. Here are all the problems:
- No noise control
- Messy breezeway by neighbors trash and other neighbors cigarette butts
- Several apts in one night robbed, had to be another resident
- Strange people living in the apts
- Income sensitive, but they don't publish that!
- Not safe
- Kids run around ruthlessly
- Several leaks, kitchen sink and bathtub
- Animal fecies everywhere! Not regulated
- Trash on the grounds, beer cans, paper plates, looks like morning after a party!
- Neighbors have no respect for others and park as if they are the only people on EARTH!
I feel sorry for the new management b/c they are going to have to work hard to get some of the strange people of the complex.
