Arriba En Blanco Apartments

Horrible surroundings!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006   I used to live there and my neighbors were horrible. They would scream and hollar at all times of the night and to others outside it was like a soap oprah. complaints were taken down in a timely fashion but nothing was done. Music was excessively loud at all times of the day and several people would walk around with "joints" in their hand like it was nothing.
