I have lived at this complex for approximately 5 months. From the very first day I moved in it has been nothing short of a nightmare. My apartment was suppose to be ready on June 1st, but when my movers and I are here in the morning the apartment was still being worked on! The management told me the previou tenants turned in their keys late so I was forced to wait. The apartment maintence told me my apartment wouldn't be ready until the next day to which I had to pay storage for all my stuff which was 50 dollars overnight. I went to complain to the management to which they said they would pay for, however the money never showed up from them. It took me 2 months to finally get a mail key because the previous tenants had forgetten to give back their keys, and they gave me some excuse how they had to order new keys, and then finally when they did get the keys the were the wrong ones! Finally when I did get my mail key it wasn't two weeks before they changed the lock on my mailbox so when I finally did get a key it didn't work! I have complained for 5 months that my ceiling fans wouldn't turn on and there is something wrong with my dishwasher. Maintenance has never bothered to show up. I can sincerly say within the past five months I have never seen so many cops in this apartment, I have seen my building almost catch on fire, and I have seen a man get stabbed at the Valero right across the street. This is a very dangerous apartment complex, the staff is rude and doesn't care about you, all they want is there money. I have even heard a case when the apartment got sued because the living space was so bad! These apartments look nice on the outside but they are horrible, and dangerous inside the gate! Please listen to all of these complaints! DO NOT RENT!
