Ashley Oaks Apartments

This place is worse than my college dorm was... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   reading through the reviews, it's pretty plain that most people don't like living here. I'm going to be brief because I know people have short attention spans... DON'T MOVE HERE! DON'T MOVE HERE! DON'T MOVE HERE! How’s that for simple' The apartment isn't complete crap, the layout is nice and we I don't have all the noise problems that some of the people here do. But the management is incompetent, the security doesn't exist, the water bill is ridiculous (probably because everything in the complex leaks), and getting things fixed right the first time takes a miracle. My dishwasher overflowed for weeks and the guy came and "fixed" it several times before I finally stood there and WATCHED him while he worked on it and suggested things he might do (I'm a network technician, I don't know the first thing about plumbing and appliances) and my suggestions led him to the problem. He was all like "wow, I would never have figured that out if you hadn't suggested that!" Idiot. Find another apartment someplace else unless you like getting screwed.
