The office staff sucks here. You would think the Manager would be better than the assistant, but trust me this is not the case. I have lived here for a year and half and its awful. I thought it would get a little better but trust me, that's not the case at all.

The maintenance is horrible. They have a bad problem with nats and all they ever do is cover up mistake after mistake. And you have to call about 5 x's to remind them to fix what needs to be fixed. I really can t complain about the rental wait because it's affordable but their standards have gone way down since I moved here.

They have trash all over the place and it s infested with cats. They walk all over your cars and people don t know how to walk to the dumpster to throw trash out so the cats just have a blast at it.

In conclusion, this place sucks. The apartments are really old and there is mold everywhere. The air conditions hardly work so it takes forever for your apt. to cool down, and that creates a huge electricity bill. As I mentioned before, the Managers are awful. They are so quick to collect rent and put evacuation notices on your door but you can t get anything fixed. And completely non-professional. Will stand outside and smoke cigs (manager of property) and then have you wait inside or will collect whatever is in your hand.

This place needs help.

I've never lived in an apartment complex that allowed it's tenants 5 WHOLE days to pay rent before it's late. Even if it IS late, the late fees are very reasonable compared to most other places. I've lived here about 2 years now and I've never been happier living in any other complex.

You expectations must be low...I pay my rent before the 1st every month so I really could care less if I have an extension or not.

you are right. the manager is always standing right outside the front door smoking her brains out while always on her cell phone. does she ever get any work done? it seems like they pay her to just stand outside smoking and talking on her phone. she is outside smoking more then she is inside.

I have lived here less than two months. I haven't seen much of the manager to judge her (except on the front steps smoking). The other two in the office seem efficient and friendly and handled my concerns very promptly.I think the complex is kept extremely clean and well manicured landscaping.Trash sometimes is a problem (people- take pride in your residence, don't live like pigs and don't throw trash NEAR the dumpster, it goes inside.)Too many cats. 10 months to go yet...
