Audubon Place Apartments

Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been here for almost a year and I am not renewing my lease. The place was great at first but then someone moved in upstairs. I can hear their every move. When they take a bath, I wake up during the night because the faucet is soooo loud. The pool is more like a public pool than for residents only. Last night a bunch of highschool kids were having a party and they didnt even live here!!! People bring their coolers and camp out and take up parking and make a mess then leave home. Maybe if management fixed the gate that wouldn't be a problem. It's only worked for about a week since Ive been here. My son can't even play outside because there is so much dog poop on the grounds it's disgusting. No one picks up after their pets and it seems like each tennant has one.
