Austin Point Apartments

Great Experience!! From: cammy77 Date posted: 6/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I just moved out to buy a house and I wanted to let people know what a great place Austin Pointe was to live. I decided to come to this site and to my extreme dismay saw those two bad reviews. I would like to comment on both!!First, I would like to say, maybe you should pay your rent ON TIME and you would not be locked out!! I don't blame Rachel for locking your kids out, YOU DID NOT PAY YOUR RENT!!!! How ignorant can you be! Second, I think the maintenance men are great, they always come within a day or two of me calling and they always fix whatever problem I am having. The office staff are always courteous and friendly, April started about 2 months before I moved out and she was always friendly and nice to me. Maybe whoever wrote that review should approach the situation in a different manner. Maybe it was how you approached April'' Maybe YOU should take a look at YOURSELF before you go accuse someone else of being rude!! The rest of the office staff is great too. I always see residents in there chatting with them. They are really nice and friendly in my opinion!! I am sure the situation was not fully explained in both of those comments! I just wanted everyone to know that Austin Pointe is a great place to live! Everytime I went to the fitness center all the equipment worked and the pools are always immaculate. There are cotton wood trees there that always got into the pool but I saw the maintenance guys out there cleaning it out. The price at Austin Pointe is good for the size of apartment you get. The trees on that place are great, lots of shade and they are just pretty! Try to live in a shady spot, it helps with your A/C bill. The residents are great also, very friendly and will watch out for you and your stuff if your out of town. I lived there for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. I guess if you are looking for an apartment, I suggest going in or calling to make your own determination. No one can made an informed decision by basing a decision on what other people think! I hope you just go in and see for yourself!!
