I have been here over a year now and things used to be okay until the New Orleans evacuees moved into town. Cops are constantly on the premises and things don't seem safe anymore. There are always loud kids playing in the courtyards and there have been many times when i have seen them destroying apartment property. Kids will be kids but these kids are out off control. Always unsupervised they are left out and they do whatever they want to. Cursing loudly, throwing rocks, hanging around the parking lots, destroying property, etc..i wish i could leave but I have to wait it out a few months until the least is up. Nothing against New Orleans but these people have no manners and they act like they own this place. Sometimes i think there are drug deals going down in front of the complex. Hanging out in front rolling dice and exchanging money with other people looks suspicious to me. Then the cops are here like every other day now. Find yourself another place if you have a chance.
