Management acts like they are clueless at their jobs! My 15 year old daughter would run that office better than Rachel and April. They are very forgetful also. Make sure if you have a maintenence problem, to actually go to the office and make sure they write it down, because if you call, they will forget and you will be calling again about the same problem the next day or two. Maintenance is just as bad! Are these people trained on how to fix things' Doesn't seem like it in most cases. A normal practice is they come over, look at whatever is wrong, then say they need to go get something and never come back. There is something seriously wrong with this place! They advertise their community as being gated, and even have a gate, but why is it never closed' Oh yeah, finally when a few people brought it to management's attention, they fixed it. Why should it take all that for management to get things done' Oh it will probably be broke again in a few days anyway. Pools are filthy! I don't understand who would write a review about the pools being clean!'! They never are!

I agree that staff is "conveniently forgetful" about taking care of maintenance requests. Honoring fewer requests means hiring fewer staff - but it also means bringing in fewer folks who renew their leases. On the main gates, I agree - sometimes they're open all night, and sometimes they're closed when the office is open. They have indeed fixed the gap near the exit gate, which was open for foot traffic for quite some time.
