Although i do not live in these apartments i live in Braesview right next door to it. Like one other person wrote even though its a gated community the fence between our apartments and Austin Point is broke in several spots so teens walk back and forth threw it all the time. Ive heard of several break ins in the area lately including my husbands car in our parking lot along with some in the town homes down the road. From what i see the gates work but when i walk my dog during the day they are always open. Do yourself a favor dont move to this neighborhood
