Rachel is rude. When we moved in here, they claimed it was ready, but there were stains all over it, and the bathtubs didn't work properly. We have two children who had to be taken elsewhere to bathe for two weeks, although we were told they would be fixed the next day after we moved in. Our dryer vent was clogged for 6 weeks and they insited it wasn't. Finally someone had to come in from outside to let them know that it was. Our kitchen light didn't work at all, (not the lightbulbs, but the fixture itself) for a month and we had to use the stove light. Our fridge actually burned our two year old and they told me it was our fault. It took us calling the corporate offices to get them to replace it. In fact, not only was that our fault, but Rachel actually suggested that when our tubs weren't working, we bathe our two and FIVE year old children in the sink. Then they tried to tell us the carpet was brand new when it had cat urine on it the day we moved in, and we have no pets. We talked to a neightbor who told us that he actually saw them cleaning the carpet, NOT replacing it. I had to ask for a receipt before they would admit they were lying about it, which of course, they were. It takes them months to fix anything. In fact, we have been waiting on weather stripping for our door for two months now! And they told us they would replace a dangerous fence outside the day we moved in...still waiting. Jenniofer is all right, when she has to be. But Rachel needs to find another job, perhaps something that involves pulling her head out of her.......Anyways, to recap: 6 weeks no dryer, 2 weeks no bathtubs, and 4 weeks no kitchen light! If you move here after reading this, then you should go apply at the office because you would fit right in there. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Oh and dont forget all the white junk all over the stairs that they claim is cotton from the cottonwood trees. This might be ok if there was a cotton wood tree around here. Oh yeah and they will tell you they are repainting. We have been here three months and they havent started. And they promised us to repaint our apartment the day we moved in and again...nothing! Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Hello Moron! Look around you, there are Cotton Wood trees everywhere.
