I regretted moving into this place immediately. The apartment was so filthy when we moved in that it was unlivable. Staff had known what state it was in the day before and promised to have it clean by the time we moved in. Uh, nope. A cleaning team finally came the second day after we moved in and even they were complaining about the filth (think the worst gas station bathroom you've ever been in). Even after it was cleaned, the sinks, tubs, and counters are stained and always look dirty.

Oh, did I mention the ants yet' They are everywhere! I think they are living in the walls. They have been out to spray and it didn't really help. We are not slobs either. If one little crumb of food is left in the oven drip pan, there will be a nice trail of ants leading straight to it. I have found ants on my toothbrush, in my laundry, on the computer keyboard..they have even bitten me while I've slept! Nothing in our pantry is safe and everything has to be kept in ziploc bags or airtight containers. It is awful.

However, I have never felt unsafe here. I don't spend too much time outside though. The gate didn't work for the first month we lived here but it is functioning fine now. Oh, and there seems to be a lot of abandoned cars on the property that have been there for months.

If you decide to live here, be sure to view the actual apartment you will be living in before you sign the lease. The model is great but our apartment is total crap. Don't live near the pool because there are obnoxious people and screaming kids there from early morning until midnight every day in the summer. Cingular customers beware also, the signal strength is non-existent here.

This is the worst place I've lived in and I've lived in a quite a few cities. It's not expensive but it could be free and I wouldn't want to live here.
