When we first moved here, it was nice for the price we were paying. Then it went downhill. Once again with the maintenece. Since we have moved in, the dishwasher has never worked. Ask for an AC filter and just wait for it. It turned for the worse when they became Katrina Relief Apts. There are kids playing around, and right in front of the gate unatteneded. That brings up the gate. It is always broken. When and if they fix the gate, it is broken within a week. So much for a gated community. When our lease is up we are getting out of here. And the office people. They have been late on their paper work lately. I recieved the water bill on the day it was due. They need to be more prepared.
