Been here 3 months. The grounds can be noisy because of children but that is expected and quite alright. The walls are thin so i'm sure my neighbors know of my biz as i do theirs. Gates are usually broken but that's because RESIDENTS BREAK them, instead of shelling out for a gate key. Most of my direct neighbors are families and younger couples so the community (as i see it) is very good. Haven't had any security issues personally. Have seen the police here a few times, but what complex doesn't get that sorta thing' Weight room and pool are a disappointment...with no hot tub on site and most of the freeweights missing and the universal machine poorly mantained. Office staff has always been pleasant with me and even understanding when i had problems with my bank account.
Look, the bottom line here is this....these apartments are safe and cheap. Noise may get to some but doesn't me. Property may be run down but is better than many on this side of town. So, if you want a place to live with reasonable rent and decent staff this is the place. If you want everything i said was missing, be prepared to pay for it!
