Seems decent but not worth it

I am currently ending a 12 month lease here and have nothing good to say about these apts except that they are in a good location. Slow maintenance response and bad work and area safety are two big problems. A fire destroyed one building up front four months ago and they STILL have yet to repair the roof. My dishwasher was broken from the time I got there until now. Residents they allow to live there don't seem capable of living at "normal" hours of the day and constantly make noise all around the complex. Lights seem to be broken all over the place. This complex may work for those who have been living there for a while, but if you're looking for a 12 month lease or so, look elsewhere.

I definitely agree!! I don't even live at your complex I live next door at Braesview. Austin Points residents are horrible! They break our fences all the time and have been trying to break into my neighbors apt and our cars! Horrible! The area is good but there are tons of people who have made this area ghetto! That complex is loud to all hell and if you like tejano music played loud all night move in to the austin point apartments!
