this is my 10th or 11th apartment complex, across many states, and let me tell you--these apartments are SMALL.
next, the iron railings that look down from the second floor are rusting.
kids. if you keep your kids trapped in the house connected to the gameboy or PS2, then move here. if you don't have a bike, ball or frisbee for your kid, then move here. if you don't have kids move here.
the management here doesn't want to see kids outside, OR evidence of kids outside (ie. bikes, wagons, scooters). yet they provide no storage facility. as i said before, this is a SMALL apartment. you have to make choices: god i'd love for little jimmy to have a bike, but then where would he sleep'
also, the management is terrible. seriously. i think i am the customer, the apt. manager should work for me, right' wrong. i ask for a copy of my lease and she acts like i'm giving her grief--leave me alone, very short, very curt. takes an act of congress to get the service i deserve.
i can look out my window and see a neighbor with 42 plants outside her house--bookshelf. it's like a garden. but you can't store your kid's bike. for the love of god, give me a break.
on the good side, the lawns are pretty well kept.
the neighborhood is quiet.
a sheriff lives here, too. so, if you do move here, expect a sheriff to walk up to you and say: i don't know you, what are you doing here'
good question, right'
