Where to begin....
The people next door have had their stereo up so loud I could tell what song was playing, they've had loud arguments that we could hear what they are saying.
The guy downstairs "tokes" quite a bit. Had to call cops on domestic disturbances with them.
Need more trash bins, always full or overflowing.
CRAPPY management/manager. Had no problems until taken over recently. Pool looked like a science experiement for the longest time.
Place is turning into a ghetto.

Hmm! Pool is quite sparking blue!! Dumpsters are dumped three times a week. Manager is doing a great job. Why don't you report who is "token" all the time and report your distrubance to the manager so she can corret it? How is she suppose to fix it if she doesn't know about it???? Smart tenant!!!

Yes, I am a smart tenant, I MOVED!!!!!!!!!!
Now the pool is sparkling blue, but for the 4 months after being taken over it wasn't! And for the record, it is "toking". As for the dumpsters, how long did it take for you to get them dumped three times a week????? As for the disturbances, they had been reported. As for the manager...she must have written the response above.
