My family and I have lived here for about a year, and I actually like my apartment. Inside it is well taken care of, and its located on a nice side of town. This was the only apartment community I could find on this street that my kids could still go to Wetmore Elementary. For the money its a great deal. The parking lot does need some serious attention, but other than that I haven't had any issues. Management has been very helpful even though there wasn't a maintenance guy for a while. But since things have gotten much better.

No they haven't, you goon. There's still no maintenance people, there's trash everywhere, there's barely a laundry room, there's still gang members everywhere, the parking lot still looks like it's been carpet-bombed, and the apartments are falling apart.

man, this must be a staff member writing the good reviews on these apartments teying to make it sound good. These apartments are over priced for the problems. YES! Wetmore is a great school, but we can't live there. We live in this --------. Needs serious attention. OWNERS WHERE ARE YOU??? HIRE SOME NEW STAFF WHO REALLY WORK AND ARE NOT ON MYSPACE ALL THE TIME. The Maintnance guy they have now(Clint) is the only one here I ever see work and walk the apartments. He does the best he can and the most if you ask me!
The staff(2 girls) are retards!!!
