shitehole!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   HELLO!!! SERIOUSLY.....THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD BUT I CAN DEAL WITH THAT. THE STAFF HERE ARE SO STUPID AND THEY DO NOTHING BUT SIT IN THE OFFICE, GO ON MYSPACE, AND WHEN YOU NEED ANYTHING THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE. WHEN YOU HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM THEY MAKE EXCUSES AND ACT LIKE YOU ARE THE IDIOT. THIS PLACE REALLY ISN'T FOR KIDS. BUT THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND WETMORE ELEMENTARY IS AWESOME. THAT'S THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. THE ONLY NEIGHBORS I KNOW ARE A FEW IN MY COURTYARD AND THEY ARE GREAT. WE ALL WATCH OUT FOR EACHOTHER AND EACHOTHERS KIDS. WHERE ARE THE OWNERS'''' i AM SO PISSED AND SO TIRED OF BITCHING AT THESE PEOPLE FOR A SERIOUS MATTER. THE MAITNANCE GUY IS THE ONLY ONE I EVER SEE WORKING. THESE APARTMENTS NEED ATTENTION AND THE OWNERS NEED TO GET A NEW STAFF THAT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LIVE HERE AND PAY THEIR RENT. IF THEY HAD A STAFF WHO CARED AND WORKED HARDER AND GOT OFF THEIR ASS AND GOT INVOLVED IN THIS PLACE IT PROBABLY WOULD GET BETTER. THEY NEVER CHANGE OUT THE CARPET NO MATTER HOW BAD IT IS, THEY JUST MOVE THE NEXT PERSON RIGHT IN. I'M SORRY BUT $660 IS A LOT FOR THE WAY THIS PLACE IS AND HOW IT IS RAN. THEY ARE CHEAP AND DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR ---- BUT YET THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OUT THE ASS AND POCKET THE MONEY. GET IT TOGETHER, HAVE PRIDE IN WHERE YOU WORK, AND DON'T PUNISH THE TENANTS BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY YOU ENOUGH. SOMEONE SHOULD BRING THESE LIVING CONDITIONS TO SOMEBODY WHO WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, MAYBE I WILL. NOBODY DESERVES TO LIVE LIKE THIS! YOU KNOW THE STAFF WOULDN'T PUT UP WITH IT IF THEY LIVED HERE. i MEAN, THEY COULD LIVE HERE FREE SINCE THEY WORK HERE OR HALF OFF...BUT THEY DON'T...GEE!!! WONDER WHY'!'!'!
