the worst place i have ever lived... From: juntao284 Date posted: 5/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   From day one this place was horrible. It took three months to get a huge hole that was knocked into the wall by the repair man fixed, and two months to get a faucet fixed that would turn off unless you used a wrench. There were two murders that occured while i lived there and the aprtment said that they were deaths caused by natural causes after the police came to question us about the murders! The only reason i picked this complex bc i needed a place fast and that i could afford, and unfortunately i ended up here. Then when it was time to give notice i called the office late on the 8th of the month instead of the 1st and spoke with someone there who told me no problem they can take verbal notification, which ended up being wrong. I didnt mind paying any penalties on my error, but when someone who works there tells me something different from policy that is an error on the complex not me. All in all this is the worst complex ever, and some paint and a name change to Avion Place isnt going to make it any better. The person who was talking about a jogging trail, sauna, and raquetball room must be nuts, the complex couldnt even have more then 5 dryers working let alone handle making all those other perks. My neighbors and I also called about the stairs to our apartments, which were cement, that were falling apart and cracking down the middle so you felt like you were going to fall through them when you used them. It took about 5 months to get them looked at, then they took the wrong step out and replaced it with a wood board bolted down with one bolt on either side that wobbled when you stepped on it so you felt like you were going to fall anyways. They then came back and fixed the right step finally, but in the same wobbly board manner. The complex doesnt care about its residents or grounds.
