Bad Management and Maintennce From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I put in my application 2 weeks early and moved in 10 days after schedule. "I" had to continue making calls to follow up they never did. They still to this day never apologized for the inconvience. They said they had to clean the carpet. The carpet was just wet becuase I saw all kinds of scraps that the last tenant left in the floor. They didnt even vacuum before they ran a carpet cleaner over the floor. The apartment was not clean also. They will tell you they pay for Gas, Trash and Water. Well it is pretty much only water and trash because "everything" in the apartment is Electric. There are NO Gas appliances at least in Phase I. The washer's are all broken they spill water everywhere and do not wash your clothes at all, however the dryers work very well. so your dirty clothes will definatley get dry. The maintenence does come on time but I had a distuburbing incident where I was not at home and the maintence man had to fix my toilet and instead of using the kitchen entrance he used my bedroom entrance and went through my laundry leaving my panties on the floor. I know he did this because I had just cleaned my home prior to leaving. Because I cannot prove it I cannot press charges. I plan on catching him. The only good things I can say is that in "My" area it is quiet except for the construction going on behind us but I can't hold them accountable for that. They do make sure the grass is cut and the place is well kept. The yard they claim you get is nothing but dirt and patches of grass and they will do nothing to make sure it is presentable. Mine came with trash in the yard. I would not recoomend these apartment unless you are saving money for a better place.
