I am a current resident at these apartments and can't wait to move. I have had no problem with maintenance, parking, or management..like some others have stated. After living here over a year, I can say that this is just a bad area! It's a low income housing area, which as a full time student I am low income. But this place is crazy, and the neighborhood around the apartments is just as bad. I watched my neighbors car get broken into, the police arrived after the suspect left. There was a man critically injured in a shooting here just a month ago, which was gang related. There is drug use and dealing everywhere, you will see it often when walking around the apartments. Police are here at least once ever two weeks for some domestic or gang fight. I unfortunately lived around a gang member for 6 months and came home one weekend to two men covered in blood fighting in my front yard. My garden hose was cut one weekend, I often find liqueur and beer bottles in my yard, get used to noisy neighbors who like to party with the music all the way up on weekends. The roof on my duplex is falling off in chunks from what looks like just plan rotten wood. Don't walk around here at night, especially not on weekends...ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY'S!
