Bandera Commons

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Bandera Commons is a good place to live. I dont have any problems with the neighbors except for the neighbors below me. The neighbor that lives below me works in the office and abuses her authority. She is constantly banging on the ceiling and telling me that after ten o clock it is quiet time so I am not to walk around or vaccum in my own apartment. I kindly apologized to her and told her i dont work a normal 8-5 schedule and would do my cleaning during the day except I work a early shift and dont get home till the afternoon. When I come home I like to rest and then I'll begin doing my chores at night. She even complains when my child plays. She is constantly complainng about everything and threatens to have me evicted. I am a good tenant and before she moved below me I had no complaints. I think if you want peace and quit and need absolute silence by ten then maybe they should consider a retirement home or live on the top floor. Ronnie and Lee are very nice and are the only two people I deal with. They both are friendly and know our names and greet me everytime I come in. They seem to be the only two genuine people in this place. They are the only two I would recommend doing business with.
