bella claire is a great place to live and raise your kids. It is convienient as far as fast food restaurants, the only down fall is that the guy "Owens" is a ------- and he like to peep in peoples windows and get in everybodys business and falsey accuse them of doing criminalistic activities. Bella Claire would be soo much better without his presence, and he needs to be checked out because he reminds me of a sex offender. The management and the maintenance crew is the best you could ever wish for.
