We had 2 days to find an apartment and chose this one because we were promised a quiet neighborhood and staff that would promptly handle complaints. When we first moved in the weatherstripping was missing from around our door..it took a formal written complaint after many calls to get it fixed. I have a neighbor who plays his music so loud that it wakes me. I call and complain weekly about that, have even had to call the police yet the noise continues. People leave trash in the grass or parking lot. It's gross. Parking is an issue as well. We're just counting down the days until we can move.
