Its definitely a college complex. I can hear people pounding up and down the stairs all night long. My walls shake from loud music upstairs. I've called and complained several times but haven't noticed any changes. If you wake up early and go to bed early instead of staying up partying, may not be the best apartment for you. Also people have problems picking up their dog's messes. The workout facility is lacking a bit as well, extremely too small for the amount of residents. The apartment itself is pretty but we're finding out after 6 months of living here inexpensive supplies were used. The grounds are attractive but not always clean. The staff tries to keep the grounds very nice, I see them very frequently but residents don't make it easy on them. Honestly most of my problems here are with the residents.
