The property looks good and the apartment seem to be in good condition even though they are BRAND NEW, BUT I had several problems after i moved in. First they were suppose to come through and clean the apartment before i moved in, it was never done. Secondly they never did a second check to make sure everything was working before i moved in as well, i found a lightbulb out and alot of the shelving was messed up in the cabinets. I complained several times about my air condition and they reportedly said they came out 5 times, but on the last time they came out the guy said that they never had turned on the compressor, which leads me to believe did they really come those other 5 times' They also allow dogs and everyone in the area has a small little barking dog. The walls are so thin that you can hear me talking in my kitchen right outside with no problems. For 741 dollars a month, you'd think the service and quality of the apartment would be better. Also since its a new community alot of construction is still going on, so if you sleep in alittle late, say 9am, that will wake you up for sure.

Oh another thing, they state that the security deposit is 225 dollars, but when you finally sign the lease, only 100 of it is refundable... It isnt considered a security deposit then and i complained about that as well.

Like the other review said, i cant wait to move out as well.
