At first when I moved in and for the first six (6) months I was an extremely happy resident, confortable with my surronding, and especially content with its management. However, I must admit since they changed the management personel I have been attacked by them with a never ending bill that "I still owe". I give them checks for extremely high amounts which they cash and return to me and say they did not receive my payments and I have to pay a late fee and a bounce check fee... I provide them with proof that their was funds and that they did receive their money and the require I give them proof to enable them to send me a check in the mail with a refund, but I still have to pay anyway and when I receive the check it would serve me as a refund. This is rediculous!! I dont have to pay anything and I dont want to wait for a check... I just want the charges to stop incurring and them charging me fees for not paying something I did not owe in the first place.

If your moving in to this apartments, make sure you have ALOT of money to spare and able to wait for the office's corporate department to send you your reimbursment for something you did not owe in the first place.
