I lived there on and off for almost two years. When I moved out, they owed me my deposit back and they told me roughly what it would be. They asked me for my new address for them to send it to me. After over 2 months I had not got it back yet. After I called they told me I owed them $22.00. I asked them what I owed them for. They told me I owed them for 10 days that I did not live there. I had given a move out date of the 20th, but they explained to me that the computer rounds up to the 30th. This, of course, is a violation of what I had signed. Then they charged me $30.00 to clean the sink, which I had already cleaned. It must have taken them about 5 minutes to reclean it. If you do the math, that is $360.00 per hour they are charging. I'm in the wronf business! I have spoken to 3 different people who also moved out and they have experienced the same thing. This is what happens when a gready corporation takes over!

I lived there too. They also kept my deposit after I paid a cleaning service to clean the apt. The apt. was left spotless.
