So I just renewed my lease at this apt, and the only reason I did was because I did not want to move. I didnt even receive any incentives for re-newing, ohh wait, a $50 increase in rent was my incentive. The office staff never return phone calls and not very nice. This one girl, -----, is really b****y. Nobody knows whats going on and everybody answers the same question differently. The manager, --------, doesnt really do much and is never in the office but I am assuming she still gets paid pretty since she drives a ---. Mgt looks to charge you for anything they can. If the rent isnt already high enough, they make you pay outrageous deposits and fees for pets, satellite, etc. They recently added this new valet trash service which is a waste of money. There are so many dumpsters located on the property it doesnt not take long to go take out your trash, your basically paying a service to have someone take your trash to the dumpster for you that is 10 ft. away. Residents that already had a lease prior to the service dont have to pay for the valet trash service, but new residents and those that are re-newing their lease do...how is that fair if everyone uses the service. And it is not cheap either, they add the service fee to your rent. So basically this is how it goes: rent $10 trash fee water $15-30 mo/valet trash service=extremely expensive! So many people on the property have pets and nobody picks up after them, so there is basically dog poop everywhere. Seriously not worth that much money to live here, they're nice, but for the amount your paying you could be in a house!
