Although this community is beautiful on the outside, such as buildings and pools, it is pretty dirty. All breezeways are filthy and have not been cleaned. There is pet feces throughout the property which is health hazard for people and other pets. The worst part of it is that almost every night especially on the weekends there are loud people partying throughout the community. If you want to go to the pool and enjoy yourself with your family, beware because you will be surrounded by high school and college students doing beer bongs, drinking beer which the Manager stated was prohibited and yelling obnoxiously! These actions have even been done in front of management and during business hours. And if you tell the management staff about the issues, they will simply blow you off. They don't enforce the community rules. Expect to pay more for your trash then they tell you, such as the "$25 valet trash pickup and pest control". You will find that you will get charged an additional trash fee for use of the dumpsters, probably between $5 to $10. These trash fees are more than a house. On the lease it only states that a $25 valet trash pickup fee will be added to the rent. The gates are rarely working, parking is very limited and many of the parking spaces are for "compact cars". Good luck enjoying this "Beautiful Community" that should be called home, but can't enjoy because of it's issues.If anyone wants to see how out of control this community is, just go to www.sanantonio.gov and click on police. You should be able to see all the calls for service at Bella Madera. You must click on the neighborhood Hunter's Creek, because that is what neighborhood this community falls in for reporting purposes. Good luck!

Lovely picture can you take one of the lovely white sheets with x-mas decor and plants hanging off it... It such a nice eye sore... be glad you posted it anonymously or you would have a letter on your door.

You must click on the neighborhood Hunter's Creek, because that is what neighborhood this community falls in for reporting purposes. Good luck!
