If you think the situation is bad while living there, wait until you move out! The staff, including the manager, handled my move out poorly, tried to rip me off, turned my bill over to collection without billing me first, AND THEN TRIED TO ASK ME TO THANK THEM! Really.
P.S. If you're the staff and you are reading this, you know who I am. I am also doing everything I can to make a formal complaint against you. Here is your thanks: Thanks for the loss of sleep for the last 2 months.
