I have lived here for 3 years and it used to be a great property. But I have noticed that within the past year and a half the property has gone downhill. Part of this is due to the inconsiderate residents and the other part is due to poor management. Some residents here feel they don't need to do their part in keeping the grounds clean. I have seen cigarette butts, dog poop, dried up vomit, condoms and half eaten food lying around on these grounds(to name a few).

While management cannot be held responsible for disrespectful residents, they do nothing to enforce rules. I used to live across from neighbors who left their trash outside for days (according to the rules they should be fined) and I complained numerous times to management. They assured me they would take care of it and they never did! It was such an eyesore and it smelled awful, especially when they cleaned out the cats litter box!!!

They also charge WAY too much for rent. If you do decide to live here DO NOT live anywhere near the pool. You will have to deal with lots of noise at all hours of the night and loud music on the weekends, but you will also have to deal with people who don't even live here parking near your building, leaving you with no parking spaces. They also charge you extra for a "pool view". The only thing that I get to "view" is fat people in tiny bikinis...gross.

I will be in contact with him and I will let you know what happens. My lease in up in September so I'm almost done. I will just let him know how dissapointed I am with the property. It's such a shame because it has so much potential. Have you considered going to the BBB? Or calling troubleshooters? I know it won't make a huge difference but they might be more ready to come to an agreement.
