I moved out Oct 31, 2008 when my lease was up. I did not renew because of the rude staff there. I just received a collection call stating I owe over $1400. This is an outrage. I had left them messages after I moved out to make sure my account was properly closed. They never returned my phone calls. Now they say I owe them $. They never once called my phone over this past 11 months. They are liars. I cannot believe they can get away with this.

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. Make sure to contact Trouble Shooters and some other media. It's pissing me off that big companies do this kind of stuff and get away with it! They charged me $40.00 to clean a tiolet bowl and told me I owed them that. The tiolet was cleaned by me before I left. This is their scam and they need to be exposed. Unfortanately most people living there are college kids who really don't care. I know I didn't at that age.
