When we first moved to the Bellaire apartments, I thought it was going to be great. Boy was I wrong!!! The first day we moved in the neighbors downstairs told us that they sold drugs and that if we were "interested" all we had to do was ask. A couple of weeks later we got a neighbor from hell. This woman would get mad if people knocked on my front door!! Every time I had visitors, she would open her door and make rude comments to the people outside!!! If she wasent making rude comments about everybody she was peeking thourgh the windows staring at us minding everything but her own buisness! The staff was horrible they were all rude and acted as if they were doing you a favor by listening to the complaints about the many broken things the apartment had. When the water heater broke, they did not fix it until 2 or 3 weeks after we filed the complaint. Therefore, my family had to shower with freezing water everyday until they decided to get off thire ass and fix it. Oh yea by the way this water problem hapened in middle of WINTER!!! My mom almost got mugged one day after coming home from work at night. When we called the cops, they said that they already had several complaints and several criminal reports from that apartment. Alleys leading to the apartments are not well lit so good luck getting home without seeing some pot head hiding behind the stairs or a car. Parking is terrible. Since there are so many people living there a parking spot is not guaranteed. We had to park in the back parking lot which is were my mom almost got mugged. This is not a safe place for kids or any one that does not carry pepper spray or a tazer gun with them at ALL times. By the time my lease was over, I could not wait to get my family out of there. If you are looking into these apartments DONT DO IT!!! Trust me keep looking!!
