The staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Maintained usually got done. Sometimes I had to be persistent and annoying to get things done. The parking lot was was repaved and fixed up. There was a big drug bust while I was there. (I woke up and saw my apartment complex on the news.) After that the owners really invested in the properties, fixed it up and sold it to a new management company.
