Run as fast as you can! This place defined the word "Ghetto". The very day we moved into this place, the a/c had broken in the middle of the summer. Maintainence was quick to take care of that problem. But then it came to the point to where it was one thing after the other. The blind would not work, all the doors had problems either with opening or closing, my frigerator door even fell off!!!! The dishwasher broke and I was without one for over 1 month because " it takes a while for them to deliver the parts to us" !! And don't even get me started on how thin those wall are. You could hear the people above us turning in their beds as they slept. And the place was extremely scary at night. Not the best location to feel safe in. The rent is so cheap and now I do believe in " you get what you pay for. "
