not the WORST From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   ok, so it is better than living with your mother in law but that is about it. our balcony railing broke and the a/c had probs i hated the office people since they lived on the property and didn't care oh well even the dog poop everywhere couldn't make green grass grow
